Formative Years
After going through 6 schools across three different cities, I joined Mayo College, Ajmer, spending eight years. It would shape my future.

National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, India
I joined the National Institute of Design in 1990. My stint there shaped my personality, directed my outlook towards life, and generally influenced the way I perceive things around me, and especially so in the realm of design. I opted for Furniture Design, a subject that I have since distanced myself from, focussing instead on other streams. My stint at NID had its share of highs and lows, and I was unable to get my course certificate. What is crucial is I have completed all my courses, and I carry with me the knowledge and way of thinking such education inculcates

In case you are wondering how an individual who has trained in furniture design would cope with the slightly different world of graphic design, I would say that, even before I took up furniture, I was keen on following graphics. The kind of education NID imparts is wide in its approach, and helps in all round development of its students. I will just let my work speak for itself.

I have here a small
portfolio of the projects undertaken while I was at NID. Kindly take a look, if just to satisfy your curiosity.
